Returning Merchandise
As hard as we try to offer fabulous products at incredible prices, there will still be individuals that wish to return their merchandise. If within 30 days of your purchase, If you wish to return merchandise you ordered from CigarHumidorBoxes.com Manoa Inc. , simply follow the steps below to expedite your refund.
1) Be sure to repack all merchandise in its original packaging.
2) Be sure to enclose a copy of your original receipt that was emailed to you. If you no longer have a copy of this receipt, please include a copy of your credit card statement referencing the charge inside the box.
3) Upon receipt of the package, we will go ahead and issue a refund in the same form that payment was made. Credit cards will receive a credit to their account, individuals who made payment in the form of a check or money order will receive their refunds by company check.

All merchandise returned to us for a refund must be unused, in the original packaging. Basically, we must receive all merchandise exactly as you received it. Please do not write directly on the packaging. The box must not have any marks on it other than the shipping label. If the above requirements are not met, a 40% restocking fee will apply. Please note we do not issue refunds for any personalized items such as engraved humidors, name plates, etched glass, etc. Shipping and handling is not refundable. If the returned merchandise arrives to our facility damaged we will inform you so you can file a claim with your carrier.
